Tog is closed in MD until Jan 1. Yes, there are fish in the rocks at the OC inlet in Jan, but you lose a lot of tackle to snags. You don't need a license to fish in OC you will need one in DE.
Did you go? Did you do any good? The wife and I are planing to go down to Berlin deer hunting tomorrow and Saturday but if it's too windy we may end up at the jetty in OC..
