Well, I almost gave up on finding crew today until Nick (Sunshineinva) called at 8am this morning. We got a late start with lines in around 10:15. We started just south of the Ramada in 40' and it was slow to start. After working south a couple miles with no marks we pointed the boat back north and met up with the fleet off the Ramada. We found the bait and fish about 2.5 miles offshore in 38'-42' so we circled that area hard and the bite turned on around lunch time. We had our 4 fish by 1:30 and released a few more. It started getting rough so we called it a day. Our spread consisted of six lines. 4 white tandem 'chute rigs and 2 chartreuse mojos with 'chute trailers. All bites except one came on the white chute waaay back run off the t-top. Some good quality fish today up to 39". Thanks to Nick for making the drive from Richmond! Great fishing with you!!
