Good line up, Robert Randolph band put on a good show, saw them open for Clapton a while back. Boz Scaggs is at the Lyric in May.Not sure I can sit through a Weezer set though..

I love Music, love it. All types. Including many which are listed. But you won't catch me at a show, and especially an event like this.

Put simply, I enjoy Listening to music, not watching it.

this event could be a great people watching event. Maybe they will wind up making a Netflix documentary on it....

But if I'm not headed offshore, OC in summertime is a place I avoid like the plague. Crowds are one thing, but the crime seals it.

Not opposed to carrying and it's been known to happen, but I'm not going to a show where I feel I need to.
Couldn't get past security with it anyway..

I am the same way. I'm not going to enter a dangerous situation just because I have a gun. It's a shame what OC has become.........Gary

not sure what you guys are talking about. There’s things that happen but ocean city does a great job policing and putting a stop to bad activity quick. I feel very safe down there

OC is very safe. Don't let the couple of things you hear about taint the whole place. This is the offseason as well so while it will be crowded, it wont be summertime crowded.

I've lived an hour away from OC for most of my life and have spent a lot of time there, so I'm not alien to the place. But being very safe or having a few things happen doesn't put you on these lists.
BTW, my own hometown is on these lists too. But I'm very cautious and pretty strict about where I "allow" my wife and daughter go.

Does that not hold into consideration the influx?
