Went out yesterday, headed to the point. Warm water was not far out of the inlet, gradually increased the whole way out.

Got to the point, about 6 boats there, no action. Everyone picked up and headed south about 6 miles. TONS of bonitas, could not keep them off the spread.
Tuna's where busting the surface but when you got with in 2-300 yards they went down deep and would not bite. Listened to the charters on 80a. Most of them where still skunked when I headed in at 1:30. Several did have 4-6 in the box and they said they where 40-60lbs. Blue and white was the color of choice. Pink sure as hell works for bonita.

All in all, caught 13 bonita, kept a couple to grind up for chum.
