I don't seriously think any of them are. That is one of the inherent problems with the whole process. First the politicians then the companies. I was just pointing out why we need to get away from those idiots that we are so heavily dependant upon, even when prices are low.OK. What companies (U.S. or otherwise) have concrete plans right now to increase their exploration budget? Or are they scaling back and decreasing their budget? That's the problem with "drill." Unless you aim to take public control of these companies, you can't force them to do it....and even when prices are sky high, they can only afford enough exploration to barely scratch the surface. The easy, economically viable stuff has mostly been found and exploited already.
Oh! so you will be starting your well drilling biz in order to make prices lower. How humanitarian of you.The price of oil is low, drive it lower.
Is that simple enough for you to understand?
Try to seek a perspective in which YOU are not the center of the universe and liberty and freedom is a worthy goal.
