OT - ORDERS TO SPACE COAST

I normally post to the Virginia Board, but I just received orders to report to Naval Ordinance Test Unit in Cape Canaveral. I am looking forward to fishing the area but first need to find a house. I have a realtor, but would like some unbiased advice. Which area has the best schools? Not looking for anything fancy just a safe area for my family and the best value for a basic middle class 1800 sq ft home. Thanks in advance.
