I know this is off topic, but I need to replace all 4 of
my trailer tires...Never done this and they are pretty
rough..Dry rotted sidewalls but almost new tread!! Where
would be the best place to snag a set? They are P205/75D14`s.

Goodyear Marathons (radials) or Duro (ST). that size is popular on campers and are readily available for good prices on line. Google either and you should be in business.

Northern tools has them at decent prices. Just replaced all 4 on my travel trailer there.

I've got to think about the same for my trailer, 8year old Load Star's have held up well but only put about 200 miles a year on them but they are starting to show signs of cracking on the sidewalls. There seems to be a lot of problems with Goodyear Marathons from some posts I have been reading on RV.Net Open Roads Forum: New Topics Appears to be since the tires have been made in china they have been having quite a bit more failures. You may possibly want to check out some of the RV sites for more tire info. As these units get quite a bit more miles than our boat trailers they seem to have quite a bit more tire discussions on them. Hope you can get some info from this.

I'd also recommend Northern Tools. I replaced mine just two months ago along with new rims, for less than others wanted for tires only.

Ive tried a bunch and will never have anything but Goodyear Marathons, great tires, get them balanced, they will outlast double any other tire you get but they will cost you double. Got mine at Kramer tire on Monticello in norf but you could get them cheaper somewhere if you dont mind the hassel.

OK. Portsmouth trailer just put on new tires for me but they had to give the old tires back. How do I get rid of the old ones , legally. They do not take the old ones. Help!!

Are you looking for tires only or tires & rims,galvanized or painted,,radial or bias ply?

I bought a set of new trailer tires last spring after doing a little searching around online. I too had Goodyears that dry-rotted with lots of treads still on. I came across the same problems from other Goodyear owners who posted on other forums. I did see some really good posts commenting the Maxxis brand trailer tire. They have a warehouse in, I think it was, Richmond who will ship tires to select service centers in the area. I had Hornsby Tire in Newport News put my set on and so far they are doing great, of course it is a little soon to really tell. This is the link:

DO NOT get Trail America trailer tires. I bought three tires with aluminum star rims
for my single axle trailer. After less than a hundred miles I had a blow out on the sidewall.
I put the new spare on and noticed it had golf ball sized knot on it after less than fifty miles. While the trailer was parked it grew to the size of a softball and I removed it and put one of my old tires and rims on.
The good news is, the tires were still under warranty (5 months old) and I got three
new tires and rims. After I started having the problems, I Googled Trail America tires
and saw that other people were having this same issue.
I also saw that some people were having problems with the Goodyear Marathons,
But more people were pleased with them than the ones with problems.

marathons dont like to be run underinflated. lazy people have a lot of problems with them. same as
people who had problems with explorers blowing tires cause they werent inflated for the weight asked to carry.

I did - kick ass deal - fed ex in 3 days on my fromt portch when i got home.....

i bought 4 new ones and a spare (5 tires) P205/75D14. $80

I got 2 tires 8x12 on the rim for the jon boat too $30

it was EC Tires or East Coast Tires - something like that, in North Carolina free shipping
