I'm just about ready. Only things left to do is get my mummy sleeping bag out and air it out and maybe spray a few coats of Scotch Guard on it. Also need to stop by H & H Surplus and pick up some kind of nylon back pack that will hold the sleeping bag, my Grudens, back support, fighting belt, extra gloves and maybe a thermos of hot coffee. I never take a tackle box or bag on these kind of trips. I've got a small canvas pouch that holds hooks, sinkers, leader and a pair of long nose pliers.
