Eminent Brothers,
I hate to fess up to this, but; with some melting of the Magothy ice at my favorate (and only) Magothy Pickle hole I did get a few good casts in and hooked up on 2 (small for the Magothy but big for the Severn) pickles. I was using a 4" plastic minnow on a 1/2 ounce jig head so I could reach my spot from CSC crabbing pier. Then I birdsnested my spin reel and gave up. The past few days my spot has been iced in again

Sounds like a trip to Ferry Point is in order for the Maogthy Pickeral.

I assume you're hitting the yellows now, not the whites.

Are you guys on the Magothy or any Tidal River near there b/c I cant get the hang of things here.
I am on the Magothy... whereabouts are you? I am upriver relatively close to the bridge. Maybe I can give you a hand finding some winter fish... Let me know if you still need some help.

O Great Gray One...you have been quite scarce. The guys over on CP were wondering if SWMBO had done you in and sold the Blackheart. Glad to hear you are still kicking around and nailing some YP.
