I bought a Go Pro ( silver #3 ) in early December for trip to Bahamas.
Many divers there had a red filter for the lens and swore by it. None were to be found on the island but once home - ordered one from Amazon.
Used it last week in Cozumel - the photos do seem sharper.
First photo is with red filter installed:
Second photo is taken few seconds later - once filter was popped off. Idea was to keep everything as close to the same as possible.
My wife and I both agree - red filter does help.
