It was a good year but it was a bad year...

For years scientists have been trying to predict how many fish are in the sea (or river in this case) and in the end, it kinda anyone's guess.

The report states that the Potomac and tributaries saw good recruitment, but juvenile mortality is of concern. Read on.

Hats off to John Mullican - he is the guy that knows every rock in the river and almost every fish that swims there. A+++ fisherman too.
