Left the dock at Marina Shores at 5:00 pm back at 7:30 ran out to the third island on Mike Davis's boat Tango with Mike and Travis had a well full of menhaden. Fished the rocks but the bluefish were so thick anything that went in the water was hammered by bluefish good pullage and nice size blues but we wanted some rocks. Finally just before sunset fishing surface poppers found em on the spine as it descends down casting across the barely submerged rocks and popping it across as soon as it crossed the rock they smashed it man that is fun watching em crash on it. Some of the best inshore type fishing if you ask me. Caught em quick and left just as we couldn't see the poppers any more in the dark. No big ones just schoolies around 19-23 inches but lots of fun for a quick trip with non stop action.
