I have 4 Penn 320 LD's and one of them has lost its drag. The drag set full, line still pulls off. I think its the drag washers and want to replace them. Once I do it(hands on) the first time I can do it for the rest as needed. Anyone have a guide to go by with illustrations??? I have seen someone post on the board other reels but not this one. Thanks Martin

Order the parts from the schematic. When you take apart the old drag lay the parts out in the order that they come off. Reassemble the new parts in the same order. I don't know if the 320s have graphite drag washers. The 209s and 309s have one graphite drag washer and that's the one that typically wears out in my experience.

B8 Boy,

If memory serves me, the drag washers are on the crank mechanism. That should come out as one assembly making it able to replace the drag and friction washers Steer clear of the lever assembly, if its like a 320GTI its a hand full. Hope this helps.
