It's been a few months but Alot of TF members tested my portable live-well system concept. It's no concept now! Well as of monday it is 100% legit . Im thankful for the members who tested and commented about it.

Thanks Guys for helping me out and sticking with me during the TESTING witch didn't go well at first.

Congratulations, but as mentioned be prepared to defend it. I got a patent several years ago and as I tried to shop it around I got polite “not interested” letters only to see very similar designs show up soon there after. I found that they only had to change things a little bit to get around the patent. At the time I was fresh out of college with little money so I now have a nice plack on my wall with it.

Aeration is where everything gets fishy, when you pack spot in buckets their waste just builds up without any filtration. I filtrate water in my design. Also you don't have to keep looking in the bucket to see if the fish are still moving. During final testing I have kept 100-200 spot in 30 gallons of water for two weeks. No water exchange or filter change.

I look forward to seeing a few of you at the Earleigh Heights show

Congratulations on your patent, those things are not so easy to get these days.

What is the patent number? If you provide it, folks can look it up on the patent office website and see what your contraption looks like.

One piece of advice- if you are selling a product that is patented you should make sure that you mark it with the patent number.
