ok, with alot heading north and south lets get this straight. If I run to MD from VA and catch all my fish in MD waters under MD rules and come back to my home port without stoping I am good right, even if cked as long as I do not stop and fish ??? Is this correct or since I am comming back into va waters do I have to abide by VA regs?

also if you go to the ocean side in VA and you are leaving from the bay and returning to the bay can you bring your catch back from the ocean useing ocean regs and be legal????

If Tom Powers is still around it would be nice to hear from him on this one too

Argument has been discussed alot on here. As long as you do not stop to fish once you cross either the Demarcation line for the ocean or after you cross the Va/MD state line you are fine. Have run both to the ocean from inside the bay and up to MD from Ingram Bay and never had any problems personally.
