Fished the Chowan River from Wiccacon Creek to Horns point no hits til the front came over and the wind picked up. The fish turned on and in a hour & a half boated 11 rock and a 2# bass. One other boat that stayed out when the weather turnd had 19 fish caught. Wish I would have had someone else on the boat, could have kept more. Had doubles on a few times. Big fish over 21" they all ran about 19 and fat. Hope they stick around for a while.

Nice job. I didn't make it out this weekend. Hope to get out next weekend. How deep were you fishing and what did you catch most of them on.

caught anywhere from 16' to 20' pulling w/pink, w/red & white grubs on the trolling motor.

wheres the bestt ramp coming from elizabeth city to get to that area? see one on the map for cannons ferry?and where is horns point east or west of wiccons creek?

Need plenty grease

Got back into them again today and with a buddy onboard we kept 6 of the 10 caught in about an hour of fishing. fish were in the same general location as yesterday. Water temp is down to 39 surface so they are not moving very fast.
