Shepard-Meyers (just over the PA line, 5 minutes from Carroll County) was our pick yesterday, and although the action was slower then Wednesday, we did scrape out a catch of 4 nice yellow perch and some bluegills through the ice. The hard water is a solid foot thick, and takes a while to drill through, though! Sorry for no pics, the camera batteries died when I left it sitting in the ice hut turned on...oops. Shiners, micro-jigs on 2-lb test tipped with Powerbait Power Wigglers, and minnow eyeballs were the hot baits, and the fish seemed most active in about 12' of water.
