went out today out of sandy point for the first time, had a blast not too windy and caught probly 40 blues around the rock piles mostly around 12 inchers even some doulbleheaders one on each treble hook of my rattletrap! lots of fun most of them on rattletrtaps and spoons...also found out you shouldnt put your finger in a blues mouth it really bleeds alot! thanks for the advice sailfish we had a blast today!
had a fair amount of breakers too but no stripers today

Glad the Blues were there for you :thumbup:. Everyone gets bitten by a Blue sooner or later :D. Most times you hardly feel it- their teeth are so sharp.

Two on one lure :clapping2: - that's the way to do it :thumbup:.

Nice report Flames. One of those bastards bit my finger as well. We had to pry him off. Yeah it does leave a lot of blood on the deck.

Nice report - it sure was nice out there even with the wind and ripping current. I got tagged by one of them too ... didn't even know it until I saw the blood dripping down my hand. But I'd rather get bitten than impaled by one of those trebles. Did that last year.

Does this happen to be your boat?



I have a couple other shots if you want them.
