We hauled the rig to Rudee Inlet and crew was Raymond (son) and my 2 son-in-laws. Cleared the inlet at 07:20 and went straight out about a mile to working birds and nice marks...But no fish. I saw a few charter boats slipping on south towards the Golf Ball.. so after about 30 minutes we head south. Ended up about 1/2 mile off the beach just past the Sandbridge pier and Fish on... a nice 41 1/2 incher goes into the box. The nothing for about an hour... we troll NE into 4 footers + towards the 3 mile line and about 2.5 miles off the beach we get a double knock down and boat both of them. 39 inchers. we had 6 fish in the boat and the bite died.. We finally pulled in another 37" fish and called it a day at 3:45. All hit on white.

A great day and I was glad to put the guys on the fish.

The seas layed down nicely about 2pm. Back home and gassed up by 7:00PM.

Scott,

What weights are you using, tanden or single rigs, double hooks or single, what size shad bodies, how deep, how far back???

Any help you can give us would be appreciated??? :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:

Well ?!?!

Kevin,

Check with Glenn for those details. :innocent: White, hooks, shad bodies, some white hair stuff...:D:D:hysterical:

But it was the same bait that we used last Saturday that caught all of our fish... 5 in a row on the same rod on the port side of the boat only.
