Had two Army and two Navy guys onboard for Military Appreciation Day - Tidewater's Fishing Event. Started at the 4th Island on the ocean side and immediately found the bluefish, mullet, porgies, and croaker. Then ran north to the pilings for some bigger fish. No love in the bigger stuff, but found plenty of little guys.

When the tide slowed, we ran to the Concrete Ships to kill some time and squeeze in some history lessons. Ran to the High Rise when the tide started running. Found the little ones again. Finished the day at the 3rd. Pulled a 13" flat from the ocean side and plenty more of the small fries. Started running back to the dock and found a large school of blues on the bay side. Watching the group slamming the blues was so much fun and excitement. Two of them were shaking from the adrenaline rush once the action finally slowed down. The day was overall a great trip. Wish we could have found some better keepers, but none of the service members had any complaints and we're all smiles.

Thank you both. Please keep 2016 in mind. We will need so many more boats next year.
