I just booked my first Spring fishing trip on the flats, 2 fun filled days of "catching" - hoping that all those "fishing stories" are true. My guide is recommending that we stay in Chestertown as we will be launching from Turners Creek. Do you guys have any recommendations on where to stay? I'm dragging(they're begging to go) my father and father-in-law along on the trip. B&B or fishermen friendly hotel recommendations are greatly appreciated. No boat or gear to worry about - this time.

Many thanks,

LT

There are several B&B's in Chestertown but names escape me at the moment. I'd Google Kent County MD and you should come up with places on the county www. You might also consider Rock Hall area. Several B&B's in the town and the turn-off to Turners Creek isn't that far away either. HTH.
