A good friend has been bugging me for awhile to do dive charters so I'm gonna give it a shot. Found out that most of the dive boats here have gone by the wayside. Have everything needed as i've been a diver for years. Based on the going rates gonna charge $125 a person out to 20 nautical miles which would include several of the inshore wrecks. Triangle wrecks would be $165 a person. My understanding is that's considerably less than the going rate. My boat is 29 ft, full curtains & cruises @ 38 m.p.h. so getting there will be fairly quick. We're gonna start an e-mail list just for divers. FYI they are pounding the flounder @ the Brass Spike. If this interests you then call the shop & we'll start a list of divers.

It's tough finding enough hard core divers to support a dive charter - one reason they come / go.

You get great weather - no divers , you get divers - rough seas. So many are used to 80 -100' viz. of the islands , get them in 58* murk with 10' viz. and they sh*t.

Tony - very interested, but likely from April/ May.
Can you accommodate doubled tanks on the boat (one set per diver), particularly when getting out of the water? And possible weekday trips? What would be the minimum number of divers to get a trip going for that price per person?
Would also love to do some of the lesser visited wrecks up the eastern shore.
