Anyone been fishing in the Blacksburg/Roanoke area recently? Its going to be in the high 50s low 60s this weekend and I'm looking for my first trout of '09. I'm thinking about Little Stoney Creek or Sinking Creek but those are just the closest to me. Thanks, Blake

The little creeks (Little Stony, Big Stony) may still be very cold but fishable. Always good to check the USGS temp data though for some trending info, if it's on the way up that helps!

My brother is headed that way Sunday and I can post an update then. Depending on where you're leaving from I might have a few other ideas to consider....
