Oregon Inlet. Remember a couple of yrs ago when you could catch all you wanted, well I gues maybe that's the place to be right now :thumbup:.
1/26 Oregon Inlet Fishing Center - January 26, 2008 Fishing Report
While we only had one boat go out today, he came back early with his limit of Stripers. Among the catch were two citation fish weighing 38 lbs each caught by William Davis and Jack Thompson. Only one boat scheduled for Tuesday, but the weather should be good for fishing.
UPDATE: Aaron Kelly just came in with Rock Solid. He went out late, but caught and released 11 stripers including a 45 lb caught by Matt Adams, another 45 lb caught by Samuel Kilgore and a 47lb caught by Carey Fortnoff. Good fishing everyone!
1/23 Oregon Inlet Fishing Center - Fishing Report January 23
Fishing for stripers was outstanding today. Most of the all day charters wre back to the dock by two o'clock. Many citation size stripers in the catches. Joseph Reese had a 38lb striper. John Markel had a 39lb striper. Matthew Smoker had a 40lb striper. Kirk Lavetan had a 36lb striper. Todd Laws had a 40lb striper. Kevin Richards had a 36lb striper. Blane McGlothin had a 38lb striper. We have charters scheduled for stripers trips tomorrow. We hope the great catches will continue.

We had a couple of boats go striper fishing and return to the dock with limits. We had 2 citations, 38lb and a 55lb. One of our captains quote"good fishing,really good fishing." Plenty of boats available.
