Left Lynnhaven at 0800. Fished from 4A to Ramada; from 3 mile line to Green Can. There were several boats between the CH Bouy and the 4A bouy, but did not see any fish caught or hear much on the radio about fish being caught. Water temps ran between 36 and 38 degrees. Heard one report of 39.6 degree water at 3 mile line off Rudee.

Very few marks, no bird action, and no fish.

Thanks for the report. I drove by Owls Creek around 1230, and the parking lot was full. Hopefully, we'll get some other fishing reports.
