Thomas L. Granger, Esq.

Granger Opinion: Mr. Hambleton is not helping the bay.

He has no fear of the NR Police or the NR Laws.

Hambleton's historical records imply Contempt of Court, and Contempt of Laws.

Granger will [ if given permission ] make some victim impact statements in Easton.

Anyone who wishes to be present at Court on 19 january 2012, is welcome.

Your presence would send a message
.
that the citizens do care,
.
and that people like Hambleton are despised.

thank you, best regards, Thomas Granger

greetings to friends of the bay.

Notice : SOME HISTORY WILL HAPPEN IN EASTON 19 JAN.

On 17 January, Granger

received some needed help and

encouragement from Talbot County

States Attorney

Scott G Patterson Esq.

Scott Patterson Commented

that the Oysters are

very important to the

health of the bay.

Patterson stated that

he is personally and

professionally interested

in protecting the bay

from "Outlaw Waterman".

Granger was surprised

that Patterson volunteered

the term "outlaw waterman".

Patterson has been to

the Hog Point facility,

and "He cares".

Patterson went on to

say that He is Personally

working with

Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler Esq.

on a "NEW" program to train the

Assistant States Attorneys in all the

counties bordering the Bay.

This training will focus on

helping the Attorneys to

understand wildlife in general,

and to understand the nuances

of getting convictions, for violations

of the Natural Resources Code.

Granger told Patterson that

the fishermen in general

could be Allies to the

States Attorney's office.

Patterson stated that he, Douglas F. Gansler

and many others are taking steps

to protect the Bay. [ direct Quote ]

Patterson stated that he agrees

with the idea and concept of

requesting permission to make

" Victim Impact Statements "

in Courtrooms around the bay.

Patterson stopped short of

predicting how such a request

might be viewed by a Judge.

Granger stated that "We would be

finding out on Thursday 19 January."

Mr. White created a board for " Protecting the fish, [ and the bay ],

It is your board also, You can post whatever you think is proper.

Others can post, you can comment.

Mr. Shaddart 2004 I do not understand why

you are so heated and angry...

Lets have a meal, lets meet at arundel seafood, [mountain road ]

they have great food there, and it is a nice family atmosphere.
