Went striper fishing on Saturday. One small one. But, the cool part of the day was have the United States Carrier George Washington come by while we were at the second island. I know the salt water guys get to see them a lot, but it was very, very cool to watch it go by.

I can only hope it was filled with men and women who will get to spend Christmas with their families.

God Bless them all.

reminds me of fishing for Wrinklenecks off the side of the USS Saratoga. Anybody else ever fish for them?

hmmm, i got out in 88 and do not remember the year of my last cruise. I was the air wing - VS-30. I think I was on the cruise prior to your cruise. I hear they chopped that pig up into razor blades!
