Just to let everyone know a little more about the 31st outing.. Looks like
we will have ~35- 40 people or so..

Like Dave said it's 10.00 a person, which ONLY covers (all you can drink for 7.00
a person) and the place.

What we plan on doing is getting a whole top round roast (~25lbs) which
I have heard runs around 60.00. Plus rolls, and all the stuff to go with
this it, plus paper plates.. Your looking ~100.00 or so (just a guess).

Couple of ways we can get this. Who ever doesn't want to bring anything,
kick in a 10.00 more bucks, and even if you do bring something and want
to kick in 5.00 that would help. (Except those that are bringing alot, like
our main man Capt Nick) :thumbup:

If anyone thinks of something better, please let us know.. Even the meat, if
you think this is too much or not enough??

Paul, I am getting the beef tuesday at the commisarry on APG. I know bob is brining some rolls, but I am sure we can use more. Oh, yes will be collecting some $$$ for the beef as well as Dave will be for his stuff. Once we get closer, we should be able to know what we need.

I would think all of that would be great..:thumbup: I got the meat tonight, it was $70.04.
I guess if know one steps up, we can just get it and spread the cost to everyone. ??

The guy who is cooking the beef, wants to show up around 11, to get things started. He has his own grill and wants to use his own slicer.
