The VBAC will meet this Thursday, February 5, 2009. Meetings start at 7:30 PM. Our meetings are held at the Foundry Methodist Church, next to Beach Ford on Va Beach Blvd. One of our speakers for this month is a representative from VMRC who will be there to talk about rules and regulations and answer any questions you may have. The second speaker will be a coast guard representative to talk about cold water survival and boat safety. He will also provide some lessons learned from the recent accident in the bay.
