we made our annual trip down to Va Beach this past weekend.
had nice weather and winds...got a bit breezy in the afternoons.
we were there about 2 weeks earlier than usual and the really big fish have not shown up in the ocean yet but we limited out both days (24 fish) with the largest being about 39" and 26 pounds.
nothing under 32".
most of the fish were a good run to the south...off N Carolina beaches.
back at the dock by noon both days....even with the long run south.
these fish look to be around awhile as water temps were still at 48 degrees
typically they don't move further south until about 43 - 44 degrees
