Does anyone know whether the Virginia Crabbing Regulations will change or stay the same ? Will Recreational Permits be required for noncomercial crabbers. Any information would be appreciated.

Nothing new yet. Virginia sometimes waits until late winter to release new regs. i saw some of the proposed regs late 2008 but nothing was mentioned about a permit to crab.
