Saw some posts indicating that the DC Boat Show (2/19-2/22) was being postponed until next year, so I spoke to their office this morning which confirmed that the show is postponed until next year. There website should be updated soon. Hopefully things will be turned around by then and 2010 will be the most successful ever. Andy

One thorn in the side about the DC show was the high parking cost. Some of the lots were charging double for full sized pick ups :eek2:. Most of the garages can not fit full size trucks. Some years the weather was awful to boot - nothing like ice/snow to keep most people indoors.

The Baltimore show offers FREE parking in lot C plus a free shuttle bus.The lot is full of pick up trucks .

Take the metro, the stop is practically in the building and metro parking is free on weekends.

You know it's bad when boat shows are canceled. AS for RV shows, maybe the thought is more people are moving into them as apposed to homes.
