I think it is one of those species of fish that the fish farmers use to eat the waste from farmed fish such as catfish or talipia. If thats the case I'm glad I didnt pay 28$ to eat it.

When I pass through Frederick I try to go to the City Buffet. They have nice sushi on their buffet sometimes. That looks like a Sailor's Choice, i.e. what you catch for bait to catch real fish, but you are willing to eat if nothing takes it.
