1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix (you can get these at WalMart for 50 cents a box)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper (don't bother using regular table black pepper)
1 Tablespoon Old Bay
Mix all ingredients above in a bowl.
In another bowl make a simple egg wash (4 eggs blended with 1 Tablespoon of milk).
Pat dry the Tog fillets with a paper towel, and dip them in the egg wash. (My kids like it when I cut the fillets into chicken nugget sized chunks, and then dip 'em) They fry up a little quicker as well.
Then quickly dredge the fillets\nuggets in the Corn muffin/flour mix and deep fry them in Peanut oil. (If you don't have a deep fryer then a pour a cup of Peanut oil in a skillet) Fry until golden brown (no more than 2-3 minutes) and enjoy!
