They never move out, but they don't bite very well when the water is cold. 45 will get them started biting, 50 will have the action smoking.

Darren is right on point. They don't migrate. They may move their fat arses up and down the bridge. Tagging studies prove this. There are a load of togs in the bay. We just need warmer water to get them to feed a a regular basis. I'll be out tomorrow soaking some clam/mussels.:thumbup:

Just the post I was looking for, hope to get out this weekend and try some Tog fishing and some striper catch and release. Looks like Sunday may be the day.
