With regard to the goat, it's a good shot.......but it leaves me wondering whether he's sleepy, praying........or it's something he ate......as goats will do.....and you want to be standing away from him!:D

The best deer shot that I've seen you post is that one of the 3 in the clearing during the "golden hour". These are nice animals, but my mind lingers on that other shot.

Great fiddler, James. That phosphorus is interesting. That's a hard shot in the wild. I've tried some shots at the Aquariums but I don't even see them in the Bay that much anymore.

Caught this eagle at the "golden hour" today on the York River. Apparently he didn't get the word that nesting season is over.

Still working on the moving boat, bird, and camera technique.:rolleyes:

The second one is a nice shot. Even with image stabilization, it's hard to shoot detailed shots from a moving boat with a moving target. That's why all the "birder" use long lenses and tripods. You can't get the crisp detail without it.
