With regard to the goat, it's a good shot.......but it leaves me wondering whether he's sleepy, praying........or it's something he ate......as goats will do.....and you want to be standing away from him!
The best deer shot that I've seen you post is that one of the 3 in the clearing during the "golden hour". These are nice animals, but my mind lingers on that other shot.
The second one is a nice shot. Even with image stabilization, it's hard to shoot detailed shots from a moving boat with a moving target. That's why all the "birder" use long lenses and tripods. You can't get the crisp detail without it.
