To encourage more SRRKCers to enter pictures for fisherman of the month - we came up with a great idea.The fisherman of the year for 2009 will win free drinks at all the 2010 SRRKC meetings :clapping2::clapping2:.

You need to win a fisherman of the month to be eligible for fisherman of the year.

You can enter as many photos as you want- only rule is the fish must be caught the month you enter.Can't catch fish - then enter anything you reel in .

Remember - we vote after a few drinks , so anyone can win :thumbup:.

It'll be a lot cheaper to buy him iced tea all year than to fund the beer quota for any of the rest of us "fishermen"

Yep, and I thought that being given withdrawl rights to Larry's savings account was a cool prize for the largest Perch, but I see that I missed out on the real reward.

Last week, I received an email from a friend entitled "Hooters 2009 Calendar". I opened the attached file with great anticipation. What I found was a different species of owl pictured for each month. I forwarded it to several other friends. At least 4 of them wrote back, expressing their strong disappointment. It was good for a laugh.
