The Windmill Point Reef location is 37D 37.16 M // 76D 14.08M. The buoy is 1.45 NM north of the WP light. I've been told that there isn't any structure right at the buoy but it is out from it a ways.
ya gotta look for it, but its there... we just started running a 'search' grid around the buoy until we found it... looks pretty good, just needs some time for the gunk to get growing.

i have found 2 piles of good structure there. one is about 100 yds due east of the bouy and the other about the same distance to the west of it. haven't caught a fish there yet.

I appreciate the location and the effort of those involved in getting a reef there, but I was kinda underwhelmed by the size/amount of structure I found. Seemed like only one anchored boat could fish it at a time. Guess I'm spoiled by the Cell, the Rockpile. etc
