If the battery was a Boater's World brand (Was there such a thing?) I'd say you are out of luck.

If a national brand, You should look on the brand's website for the dealers and try to take it back to one of them.

just had to go to exide corporate office to get my pro rated price on a battery due to a warranty issue i had no reciept after some hassling and some debate i as able to get a pro ration rate off of the scale they use. wasnt to painful turned out worth it
