Last spring I purchased a used center console boat from a private seller. He had not used the VHF radio, and had removed the radio and antenna. He gave them to me as part of the deal. I had planned to use the radio, but decided to go with a handheld VHF instead for space purposes.

I have not tested the radio on the water. I did hook it up to the antenna and a battery in my garage last month. It received the weather stations loud and clear.

The radio is a Si-Tex Mariner, model no. SR2001.

The antenna is an 8-ft Shakespeare model 5206N. It comes with a swivel mount.

The asking price is $50 for the whole set. It is at my home in Annapolis.
